2. WT URBAN CAFE & KITCHEN, UTRECHT
For the re-zoning of this industrial heritage, they searched for people with inspiring conceptual minds.
Architecture company Sluijmer and van Leeuwen became the winning team. Spread over four levels you can drink, dine and meet. Also, the building allows for private dinners and you can even get married on top of the tower!

3. HOLY SMOKE, ROTTERDAM
Holy Smoke is a bar/restaurant in a historic building on the corner of Tiendplein, Rotterdam.
The most outstanding feature of the interior is the bar with an army of lights hanging above it. Cylinder light tubes emphasize the glass rack while round light bulbs hang between metal plates above the coffee corner and front of the bar. These shapes also relate to the graphic identity of the space.
The choice of furniture has been carefully made considering the different zones created in the space. A lounge area, dining area and a bar area with a big table for a group.
We are in love with this place and its unique use of color.
